New Internet Marketing video sales technique

Jason Moffatt is a very well known Internet Marketer. I like Jason's style.

There is an interesting post on Jason's website about a product that employs a new video style. The problem is that you have little or no control on the video. You must listen to the end of the video to find out how much the product costs.

Worse, the video often talks about the marketer himself more than the product details.

Look, I know how I will react in the future when I see that type of video. I will probably click that window down. But I will not diss that technique since you would have your own choice in the matter. There are scads of crappy examples in offline marketing since the beginning of advertising.

But the problem with Internet Marketing is that it is based more on trust than is offline marketing. Internet marketers always talk about gaining your trust. I think they are more about picking your pocket than helping you.

Of course, I will likely see that pop-up box com up and ask me if I REALLY want to move away from that oh-so valuable page. (dripping sarcasm so evident) Then it's tough to decide to say "Yes" or "No" to get rid of that pesky, tiresome, god-awful pop-up. I think the answer is "Yes".

Jason's post has 134 comments already. Worth your while.

  3. Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up.
The text in your content seem to be running off the screen in
Firefox. I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I figured I'd post to let you know.

The layout look great though! Hope you get the problem
    resolved soon. Many thanks
